This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information when you visit relivonshop.com, place an order or contact us. We aim to handle personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply.

Payment information is processed by Shopify and the payment provider selected at checkout. Relivon does not directly store complete payment-card numbers.

How we use information
We use personal information to process payments and orders, deliver products, provide tracking and customer support, manage returns and refunds, prevent fraud, maintain and improve the website, comply with legal obligations, and send marketing where permitted. You can unsubscribe from promotional email using the link in the message. We may still send service messages about orders or accounts.
Disclosure and service providers
We may disclose information to Shopify; payment processors; fraud-prevention, analytics, advertising, IT and cloud providers; customer-support providers; carriers; and international fulfilment and return partners. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights, or as part of a business transaction.
Overseas disclosure
Because Relivon is operated from the United Kingdom, hosted through Shopify and uses international service and fulfilment partners, personal information may be processed outside Australia, including in the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States and China. Privacy protections in those countries may differ from Australian law. We take reasonable steps to work with reputable providers and use information only for the purposes described in this policy.
Cookies and analytics
We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the store, remember preferences, understand website use, prevent fraud and support advertising. Browser controls and any privacy choices displayed on the site can be used to manage non-essential cookies, although some features may not work correctly without necessary cookies.
